By God’s mercy and through the generous support of our benefactors, much has already been completed during these past weeks.

The new metal roof has now been fully installed, and the demolition of the water-damaged ceilings has also been completed. We are especially grateful that we were able to finish the entire roofing project within the $38,000 that was raised. We thank God for everyone who contributed financially and for the volunteers and brothers of the monastery whose hard physical labor made this possible.

Work is now continuing on the plumbing and heating system in St. Anthony Guest House. Unfortunately, we have discovered that the gas boilers there are damaged and require repairs, and this has become another important project that must be completed before the cold weather arrives.

We also expect a new septic tank to be installed this week, which will allow us to continue restoring the plumbing systems and preparing the property for regular monastery use.

At the same time, we are moving forward with plans to add the Altar portion to our present Chapel, so that the existing timber-frame building may more properly serve the liturgical needs of the brotherhood.

Much has already been accomplished, and for this we sincerely thank God. At the same time, there is still a great deal that must be done before winter comes. The heating and plumbing work in St. Anthony Guest House must be completed, the buildings must be prepared for the New Hampshire winter, and the monastery grounds and facilities gradually brought into proper order.

We are deeply grateful to all who have supported this work through financial contributions, prayers, materials, and personal labor. Every gift, whether great or small, has helped us move forward.

We are especially thankful for the volunteers who have given their time and strength and for the hard labor of the monks themselves. Much of what has been accomplished would have been impossible without this common effort.

Please continue to remember our monastery and brotherhood in your prayers as we prepare this new place for prayer, monastic life, hospitality, and service to the Church.

May the Lord reward each of you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers.
